We had run up against a stone wall at Dometic Corporation regarding the recall for our refrigerator. I dropped in and spoke with Mr. Philip and explained the situation. He took it upon himself to contact Dometic and explain our situation. We received a cheque for the repair amount today. We are extremely grateful for the extra effort put forward by Mr. Dave Philip during this time. I am sure we would not have had a sucessful conclusion to the situation had Mr. Philip not worked so hard on our case.

Being first time RV owners, we were very pleased that you arrange for a 'lesson' upon picking up our Cougar.
