Responsible for the Sales, Service, Marketing and Parts Departments,
Brad Campkin enjoys nothing better than "seeing a family
or retired couple head off to go RV'ing, realizing the memories
they will make, and knowing we helped them get there." A man
who values his day-to-day communication with customers and staff,
Brad is known for his positive attitude. When problems arise, he
always tries to send customers home "even happier than if they
had never had the problem in the first place." Brad is part
of the reason Campkin's has become known for its pleasant atmosphere.
Active in community sports, he is proud to sponsor kids' hockey
and adult baseball. The company also supports local Big Brothers
and Big Sisters organizations.

ROLAND,
General Manager |

|
Twenty years in the recreational vehicle industry and years of personal
enjoyment "in the great outdoors with my family and friends,"
has provided Roland with the depth of knowledge he needs
in his role as a General Manager. "It is very rewarding
to be able to assist in making someone's camping experience more
relaxing and enjoyable, making it more fun," says Roland, who
considers "listening to customer's desires and needs"
to be the most important part of his job.

With over 12 years experience in the financial services industry,
Laurie is responsible for the finalization of all sales and
obtaining financing for clients. "I get caught up in the customer's
excitement about their new RV purchase. I really enjoy helping make
their dreams a reality."

|
|
Tara enjoys greeting all the Campkin’s customers in person or on the phone with a big smile. She can also help you select any parts you might require for your RV. Tara is a great team player and always willing to help others.

ERROLL,

Since 1991, Sales Manager Erroll Knight has been bringing
satisfied customers back to Campkin's, knowing that "If we
don't make them happy, they won't do business with us." Part
of Erroll's job is to train our sales staff, a group he says "are
like family to me." In charge of marketing, advertising and
inventory as well, means that Erroll often plays a key role, being
in a position to "see things from both sides of the fence".
Erroll enjoys being a problem-solver because, as he says, "Nothing
is more important."

Scott loves being involved with a company that has a great
staff, management and an excellent reputation. He likes the challenge
of fully understanding what the customer wants and needs and being
able to translate that information into the proper RV for the customer.
Scott keeps busy outside of work by golfing, skiing and of course,
camping. Making the customer's experience a pleasurable and enjoyable
one is vital. As Scott says, "This is camping, it should be fun".

Kevin loves to RV and has been a Campkin’s customer long before starting here as our Service Manager. He brings a wealth of service and RV knowledge to the dealership which makes his department run smooth and efficient. Kevin makes sure the customers are satisfied with the work done in his department. Kevin is always assisting his wife in her many charities.

Wade joined Campkin’s with a passion for attention to detail. He is responsible for making the Service shop run smoothly. With his detailed manner and efficiency he makes sure all Campkin’s customers are leaving satisfied with the work that has been done on there RV.

Dan is a long time member of Campkin's skilled service team.
With many years experience servicing trailers and RV's, nothing
escapes the watchful eye of this seasoned professional. Dan takes
his job very seriously - especially when it comes to our customers.
Dan values the work he does, stating, "I care about our customers
because I want them to keep coming back to Campkin's". When
not at work, Dan is an active member of his church.

Bill is an avid RVer who enjoys country music. Along with being in RV repair he is also a licensed Auto and Heavy machinery Tech. Bill enjoys working on RV’s and making the customer satisfied.

Kevin is a long time Campkin’s customer who loves to go camping. He brings to his knowledge of RV’s as well as a licensed auto tech to our service department. Kevin has a great sense of humor and enjoys making the customers happy.

Mills enjoys working with the friendly customers and staff at
Campkin's. Ivan will often take the time to teach others how to
do a certain job. He takes pride in his work and firmly believes

Al has been an RVer for many years. He enjoys working in the PDI Shop showing the new customers everything they need to know on their new RV for a safe and enjoyable camping experience.

Bruce works in our PDI shop. He makes sure the trailers that come in new or used are working properly for our Customers. He make sure that the customer will be pleased with there new RV.

At Campkin’s Gordon’s job is to check each and every new and used RV. He has very detailed check lists that ensure we don’t miss a thing when getting that newly purchased RV ready for its new owner!
Gordon is an avid camper who loves taking part in Bluegrass festivals.

Lou has the best job of all at Campkin’s. Her job is to make sure all of our customers get the very best representation when they need warranty work done. She brings many years of RV warranty experience to her job and is very focused on getting our customers the warranty approvals in order for us to take care of their needs.

LOUISE,
Parts |

Buying
and selling parts for Campkin's, since 1991, Parts Manager, Louise,
has earned her reputation as a champion problem-solver. "It's
a challenge, at times, to find the part the customer wants,"
says Louise, "especially at times when we have only limited
information to go on." But with a good memory for numbers and
a positive attitude, Louise enjoys her job, challenges and all,
and believes that, "Keeping our employees happy and satisfied
means that we can better serve our customers. And this is a happy
place to work."

Having joined the Campkin staff in July 2001, David is responsible
for the day-to-day operations of our Accessories Department. David
enjoys dealing with customers and takes pride in his ability to
problem solve. Being able to live up to customers' expectations
is David's personal goal. David is also Campkin's only bi-lingual
(English and French) staff member. When not solving customer's needs,
David enjoys curling and golf.

Sheryl’s has many years of experience volunteering for Port Perry Minor Hockey and this has helped her in job at Campkin’s. She is always willing to help others and especially likes to make sure the Campkin’s customers are always looked after and are happy.
