Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Policy

We believe in offering the best RV accessory products, service and shopping experience. You may return unused items for a refund, or exchange within 30 days* from the date of purchase.

A copy of the receipt (imperative) along with the unused product and original unopened packaging. For any item purchased at our Store or Internet please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.

* Electronics, Software and non-defective opened packages are not returnable.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail/Courier:

  1. Email us for our Exchange/Return form, webreturns@campkins.com. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate refund, exchange and/or additional order items.
  2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Address your package by using the return address provided on the Exchange/Return form.
  4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.

To Return or Exchange an item at our Retail Store:

  1. Internet purchases can be returned or exchanged at Campkin's RV Centre, address 9760 Baldwin St North Myrtle Station, Ontario, L0B 1A0.
  2. Take the items to be returned to Campkin's RV Centre along with your original invoice.
  3. Campkin's RV Centre staff will process your return and refund appropriate amounts.
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Electronics:

You may return unused, unopened electronics for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required.

Software:

You may return unused, unopened software for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required. Software that has been opened cannot be returned.

Special & Custom Order Items:

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. All Special Orders and Custom Orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE. Please make sure before you order that the item you are ordering is correct.

Other Return Information:

Special & Custom Order Items: If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.
